KAGOO Co., Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has established the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”)

Article 1 (Respect for Laws and Regulations)

Article 3 (Method of Collecting Privacy Information)

If a User’s personal information in the possession of the Company is incorrect, such User may request the Company to correct or delete the personal information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Company.
If the Company receives a request from a User as described in the preceding paragraph and deems it necessary to respond to the request, it shall correct or delete the relevant personal information without delay and notify the User of such correction or deletion.
Article 10 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)
If the Company receives a request from an individual to stop using or delete (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use, etc.”) his/her personal information on the grounds that it has been handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use or that it has been obtained by wrongful means, the Company shall conduct an investigation as necessary without delay, and based on the results of such investigation, shall implement a Suspension of Use, etc. on the personal information and notify the individual to that effect.
