October, 1969: Founder Tsutae Kago opened Kagoo Iron Works at 3549 Niida, Kochi City, as a marine engine repair business
March,1973: the head office was built at 2416-7 Niida, Kochi City, and the company was relocated and registered as Kagoo Iron Works Co., Ltd. (capital: 5 million yen)
Founder Tsutae Kago was appointed as the first President and CEO
July, 1975: Kagoo Iron Works Co., Ltd. Nahari Dock was established as a ship repair business, moved to 883-66 Otsu, Nahari-cho, Aki-gun
September, 1978: Increased capital to 20 million yen
December, 1978: The company name was changed to Kagoo Dock Co., Ltd.
